particularly when managing competing demands, challenging appropriately
and securing positive outcomes.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues,
identify options and develop imaginative, practical solutions.
- A customer-focused approach, with
the ability to understand stakeholder needs and identify opportunities to
improve services.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and
appropriately with a wide range of audiences.
- The ability to build constructive
relationships with senior colleagues, elected members, partners, customers
and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and
the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and
meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability, resilience and
openness to new ideas and changing demands.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly
across Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
and spreadsheets.
- Experience of producing accurate
minutes, records and action logs.
- An NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
qualification in Business Administration, and/or relevant experience.
