Eagle Eye Innovations (EEI) is seeking an organised and
commercially minded Paralegal to support our expanding business. Working
at the forefront of drone technology, defence, security and infrastructure
services, you'll gain valuable experience across commercial contracts,
compliance, governance and legal support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate,
paralegal, CILEX professional, solicitor apprentice, or someone with relevant
commercial contracts experience looking to develop their career in a dynamic
and growing organisation.
What you will be doing
- Review
and prepare commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Draft
NDAs, amendments and Statements of Work.
- Produce
contract summaries and identify commercial risks.
- Support
tender and public-sector contract reviews.
- Monitor
contractual obligations, deadlines and approvals.
- Assist
with compliance, governance and audit activities.
- Support
the development of policies and procedures.
- Conduct
legal and regulatory research as required.
What we're looking for
- Understanding
of legal principles, compliance and risk management.
- Experience
reviewing, drafting or managing contracts and legal documentation.
- Strong
attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive,
adaptable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a
team.
Desirable:
- Law
degree, paralegal qualification, CILEX studies, solicitor apprenticeship
experience, or equivalent.
- Commercial
contracts experience.
- Experience
in a regulated environment.
